| To confirm your booking, we need the payment for the trip (a deposit if we are more than 40 days away from the trip, or full payment if we are less than 40 days away from departure). NOTE: if you made a payment by credit card at the same time as your booking request, you will receive an email with the details of this payment. If you chose a payment by bank transfer, you will find our bank details in your booking request notification email. |

| As soon as we receive your payment, we will check with our equestrian guides that the registered riders are able to participate in the trip and we will then confirm your final registration in writing. |
